Which address do customers receive documents from?

Emails are sent in your company’s name (“Your company via ContainerDocs”) and your customers’ replies go to the address you choose.

Which document types can I manage?

Invoice, bill of lading, phytosanitary certificate, packing list, cargo manifest and certificate of origin come ready, and you can add any others you need (for example quality or fumigation certificates).

Do my customers need an account?

No. Your customers receive a normal email with the container table and the documents attached.

Where are my documents stored?

In encrypted cloud storage. Each company can only see its own data.

Can I change plans or cancel?

Yes, any time, from the billing section of the app.
